Prof. Yehuda Zadik

Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and Hadassah Medical Center, Israel Professor Yehuda Zadik is currently the director of the Oral Medicine Clinic for Hematologic and Oncologic Patients in the Department of Oral Medicine at the Faculty of Dental Medicine and Hadassah Medical Center. He is a specialist in oral medicine, a graduate of the Hebrew University-Hadassah School of Dental Medicine in Jerusalem, Israel, and a graduate of the oral medicine residency program at the same institution. He also manages the Saligman Clinics at the Faculty of Dental Medicine. Previously, he was the head of the Photobiomodulation Therapy section within the Mucositis Study Group of the Multinational Association of Supportive Care in Cancer and the International Society of Oral Oncology, responsible for setting guidelines for treating oral mucositis. Professor Zadik has published over 150 articles and book chapters in scientific medical literature. In recent years, his research and scientific publications have focused on photobiomodulation in various complications in cancer patients, emphasizing oral mucositis. Professor Zadik is the former chair of the Israeli Society of Oral Medicine.
